BISHOP JOHN D. WASHINGTON, D.D.
Apostolic Father

 Bishop John Washington was born in Savannah, Georgia, to Hayward and Julia Washington on January 24, 1957.  He was reared in Beaver County, PA.  Bishop Washington was joined in holy matrimony on July 7, 1979 to his beloved partner in life, Lois (Hines) Washington.  They currently reside in Fairmont, WV.  Born to this union were a son and daughter, John, Jr. and Khiara (Ki-air-ra).

Bishop Washington has been ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ for thirty two (32) years.  He is the Apostle and Senior Pastor of Christian Love Ministries, Fairmont, WV., a non-denominational, full gospel church. Bishop Washington has ministered in the Fairmont area since 1981. Bishop and Lady Washington are currently planting Christ Love Ministries in Savannah GA.  He is the Apostolic Prelate of Kingdom Covenant Fellowship International. Inc. KCF is an Apostolic Network covering Ministry Leaders.

Dr. Washington hold credentials with Revival Fellowship International, Beaufort, SC., Dr. John Polis, Founding Apostle. And; his Bishopric is recognized through the International Communion of Charismatic Churches (ICCC), Cedartown, GA., Bishop David Huskins, Presiding Bishop.

His Apostolic gift is confirmed by his Spiritual Father, Dr. John Polis, Founding Apostle of Revival Fellowship International, Inc., Beaufort, SC, as well as by other men and women of like gifting. He was officially commissioned to the apostolic work of building Kingdom Covenant Fellowship International by his Apostle, Dr. John Polis and Apostle John Kelly on July 29, 2004.

Bishop Washington has a Practical Theology Diploma from Word of Faith Leadership and Bible Training Institute, Dallas, TX.  He received an honorary Doctor of Divinity Conferral from Logos Graduate School, Jacksonville, FL, on September 26, 2000.  He was installed a Bishop by Archbishop Earl Paulk and the College of Bishops of the International Communion of Charismatic Churches in Atlanta, GA, on May 27, 2004.

He serves as Vice-President of Banner Media Communications, Gainesville, FL (a world mission ministry); Vice-President of North Central WV Ministerial Alliance; and the city of Fairmont (WV) Personnel Appeals Board.  He has served on many boards including, Fairmont City Council, Marion County Senior Citizen and Fairmont General Hospital Board.

Bishop Washington’s passion is to "Train God's People To Reign" as kingdom citizens on the earth.  He expresses his passion by teaching and preaching in local churches, conferences, conventions, Radio, Telecast on Channel 17 in Savannah, GA, and hosting Schooling For Ruling Workshops in the US, Canada, Nicaragua and Africa. He has traveled into more than 15 nations, conducting workshops for Pastors, Leaders, Ministers, Marriages and Men.

He is a Father, Pastor and Apostolic Helps to Pastors and Ministry Leaders helping them to develop current ministries by teaching the principles of the Kingdom of God.
